LAG Meeting - Acrylic Pours with Debra Pierce

Where: Firehouse Art Center, 667 4th Ave, Longmont

Time: 6-7:30 pm (doors open at 5:30pm)

Debra Pierce, a Longmont artist and a recent new member of our group, does acrylic pour painting using various paints mixed with different mediums to create different effects. Some of her pour painting styles are dirty cup pour, tree ring pour, straight pour, swipes, blooms, cloud pouring, flip cup, dutch pour, and open cup pouring. Each style is different and requires the paints to have different consistencies. She also does hand painting or other embellishments over the tops of some after they are dry. Debra will demonstrate one or more of these pours as time allows.
