At these meetings, you'll have the opportunity to meet and network with other local artists in a supportive and inspiring environment. Whether you're a painter, sculptor, photographer, or any other type of artist, our diverse community welcomes all art forms and skill levels.
Each meeting features a variety of engaging activities and discussions tailored to enhance your artistic journey. Here's what you can expect:
1️⃣ Guest Speakers: We regularly invite accomplished artists, art educators, and industry professionals to share their expertise and insights. These speakers cover a wide range of topics such as technique demonstrations, art history, marketing strategies, and more. You'll gain valuable knowledge and inspiration from these experienced individuals.
2️⃣ Critique Sessions: Join our “LAG Inspiration Community” a free FaceBook group for monthly prompts, and optional critique sessions where members of the FB Community can present their artwork for constructive criticism. This is a fantastic opportunity to receive valuable input from fellow artists and gain fresh perspectives on your work.
3️⃣ Workshops and Demonstrations: We organize hands-on workshops and demonstrations led by skilled artists within the community. These sessions provide practical learning experiences where you can explore new techniques, experiment with different mediums, and expand your artistic horizons.
