The Longmont Artists’ Guild is thrilled to announce the upcoming Winter Member's Art Show at The Great Frame Up located at 430 Main Street, Longmont, CO 80502. This highly anticipated event will take place from January 10th, 2025 to March 7th, 2025.
Entry Details: To participate in the art show, there is an entry fee of $25 for up to two pieces, which is non-refundable. It’s important to note that only current Longmont Artists’ Guild members are eligible to enter. Additionally, this exhibition only accepts finished ORIGINAL artwork; no bin work will be allowed.
Important Dates:
- Deadline to Enter: Sunday December 22nd, 2024 11:59pm
- Delivery of Artwork: Wednesday, January 8th, 10:30am-4:30pm or Thursday, January 9th, 10:30am-12pm at The Great Frame Up
- Artist Reception: January 10th, Friday, 5 - 8pm
- Pick Up Artwork: Saturday, March 8th, 10:30am - 4:30pm or Monday, March 10th, 10:30am - 4:30pm
Artwork Guidelines: Each artist may submit up to two (2) artworks of their choice. For 2D art and photos, the maximum size allowed is 30” at the longest side INCLUDING FRAME. For 3D art, space is limited, and artists must provide their own pedestal or table. It’s important to note that the artwork allowed depends on the available space for the exhibit.
Artwork inventory: you will receive an email with a link to complete your artwork inventory (the pieces you are entering) once you complete this form and remit payment.
In the event of a sale, artists will retain 70% of the sale price, while The Great Frame Up will retain 30% and manage all transactions, including sales tax collection and reporting. If applicable, commission checks will be distributed at the conclusion of the show.

5 Artistic Achievement ribbons will also be awarded (no cash award.)
Judging will be done by Amy Ellis, Owner of Tumbleweed Art Collective and Tumbleweed Studio.
Amy Ellis is the creative mind behind Tumbleweed Studio and the Tumbleweed Art Collective in Longmont, Colorado. Growing up with a love for vintage finds and unconventional materials, Amy combines clay, paper, metal, and found objects to create one-of-a-kind, hand-built ceramics and mixed-media pieces. Her business, Tumbleweed Art Collective, located on Coffman Street in Longmont, is a dynamic space featuring a retail boutique, artist studios, and a classroom where local creatives can collaborate, learn, and display their work. Designed to foster community and inspire creativity, the Collective reflects Amy’s passion for upcycling and her belief in art’s power to connect people.
